All our bed frames come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Our delivery process is designed to be as smooth and straightforward as possible for our lovely customers across the UK.
Delivery Coverage: We are proud to offer delivery to customers all over the mainland UK. For deliveries to offshore locations, the Scottish Highlands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us for a specific quote, as additional charges may apply.
Delivery Timescale: We aim to get your furniture to you as fast as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is typically between 2 to 7 working days. The exact timing depends on your location, stock availability, and any specific delivery requirements you may have. Our team will provide you with a more accurate delivery estimate once your order is confirmed.
Delivery Costs & Services
- Free Standard Ground Floor Delivery We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery for all orders. This is a one-person delivery service to the ground floor entrance of your building (e.g., the front door of your house or the main lobby of an apartment block).
- Room of Choice, Upstairs Delivery & Assembly Services We understand that you may need assistance getting your new furniture into the perfect spot. For this, we offer optional, enhanced delivery services for an additional fee:
- Room of Choice Delivery: Our delivery team can take your furniture to a specific room of your choice, including upstairs.
- Assembly Service: For your convenience, our professional team can assemble your new furniture for you.
You can select these options at checkout or contact our customer service team to arrange them after placing your order.
The Delivery Process: Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. You will receive notifications to keep you updated, and our team is always available for a quick reply on WhatsApp or email if you have any questions.
Britain Furniture - Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new furniture. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to be as simple and fair as possible.
Frame Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. All our bed frames are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty that protects against any structural or manufacturing defects.
Your Right to Return (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If you have changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in an unused, "as-new" condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. The quickest way is to email us at info@britainfurniture.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp at +447706672199. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Arrange Collection: For large furniture items, we will arrange for our courier to collect the product from your address. Please note that a collection fee will apply for change-of-mind returns, and this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Damaged or Faulty Items: We have a rigorous quality control process, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either through a professional repair, a replacement, or a full refund with a free collection.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned. Any bespoke or custom-made furniture items are also non-returnable.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
